The further development of the glossary is on hold at present, pending the outcome of discussions regarding overall scope and direction. This section of the wiki has been established to provide a "working area", which we can use to build a collective consensus on the way forward.

The CM Pros Board has asked James Robertson (jamesr@steptwo.com.au) to lead the process, but the decisions made will come from the group as a whole.

Overall process:

• Work on the current glossary will be halted.
• Consensus will be built on the topics discussed in this section of the wiki.
• Development of a new glossary will be initiated, starting from a "blank sheet of paper". Existing content will be reused where appropriate.
• We will focus on the content of the glossary, on the assumption that existing technologies will be used. Ideas relating to new technology approaches will be captured, but not explored at this time.
